Stop Short #138:  I Saw

(a chinese tsa-yen)

With sunrise one hour away

a digital clock ticks silently

Then, a heavy fog rolls in;

I'm now alone among the ... city rats.

Stop Short # 39:  Mellow

(a 5-character chinese chueh-chu)

Time of day is unimportant.

Age only restrains my urge.

The shadow of your neck ...

upon my pillow ... ignites fire!

 Stop Short #81:  The Banker

(a chinese tsa-yen)

Each day you are mine,

it is a temporary loan.

Possibly, tomorrow may never come.

Possibly, I may never ... come!

Stop Short # 153:

The Final Turn, Vietnam '66

(a 7-character chinese chueh-chu)

As I held him in my arms,

he felt strange ... not feeling the pain

I heard his last breath on wind,

in this, most mesmerizing moment called death

 Stop Short #50:

Welcome to the Ball

(a 5-character chinese chueh-chu)

I walked through a riot.

The police, were still confused.

The participants, screamed for hell.

Their wish came .. some DIED!
